Do you come to us ?
Yes. We are a mobile service covering East Anglia. We do not charge extra for travel within 20 miles of Norwich. To maintain our competitive prices, we charge a nominal fee of 50p a mile over the first 20 miles for assignments that are under a nett value of £75.00
Which payment methods do you accept ?
We prefer bank transfer but will accept cash and all debit cards. We will provide an invoice for your account and issue certificates on completion of payment.
Do you provide and fit replacement parts?
Yes. We carry spare fuses, plugs adapters and leads. All spares are certified authentic and genuine, compliant with UK wiring regulations. Replacement plugs comply with BS1363 regulations and replacement fuses with BS1362.
Do you provide a test certificate ?
We provide an itemised PDF certificate of testing shortly after testing and on payment of your account. Although strictly speaking, there isn't a legal requirement for PAT testing in the Uk, venues, organisations and insurance companies will require a PAT test certificate as evidence your equipment has been tested and compliant with safety regulations.
